I saw Katie Piper walking down the high street today and it reminded me that I hadn’t mentioned that I went to “My Beautiful Ball”, an event held in aid of The Katie Piper Foundation a couple of weeks ago. It was a really beautiful event held in central London at The Savoy (a hotel I have dreamed of visiting). I thought you might enjoy some photos.

The dress I’m wearing is one of our own creations, it’s not completed yet - but I was only given a days notice before the ball and this was all we had! It’s a black bodycon dress with a gold-sequin inner to the floor. We plan to add some gold letters to the waistband. To follow the fashion side of what I do, click here.

It’s Movember - who’s growing a ‘tache to fundraise for “The Prostate Cancer Charity” and “Every Man Stamp Out Cancer”?

Unfortunately I appear to have no hair follicles under my nose, but I’m tempted to get some hair growth pill just for Movember. Gotta love the ‘tache.

More info (taken from Movember.com): The ‘Mo’, slang for moustache, and November come together each year for Movember.

Each Movember we challenge men to change their appearance and the face of men’s health by growing a moustache. The moustache is our ribbon, the means by which we raise awareness and funds for prostate cancer. Much like the commitment to run or walk for charity, our commitment is to grow a moustache for 30 days. Funds raised benefit The Prostate Cancer Charity.
